Returns Policy
We want you to love your Optimoqs swimwear! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear must be returned in its original packaging for hygiene reasons. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at service@Optimoqs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions. Returns without authorization may not be processed. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process and Timelines
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Exchanges for Swimwear
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We recommend reviewing our size chart and product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@Optimoqs.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund. Optimoqs reserves the right to determine whether an item is defective or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Some items, such as those purchased during clearance or final sale promotions, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This will be clearly marked on the product page. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing final sale swimwear.
Swimwear Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Tags must be intact for returns to be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain quality and safety standards.
