During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may slightly extend. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or returned packages.

Domestic and International Shipping Options

We offer free shipping on orders over $49, and for orders under $49 we have flat shipping at $5.99.

Optimoqs is not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs inspections.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may be excluded due to logistical constraints. For swimwear, we recommend placing orders well in advance of need to account for potential delays. Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping addresses after an order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.
